The employees of this institution behave disgustingly, from the very morning you try to get through to them - they do not take the phone, 2 months ago it turned out to get through, as a result the employee (did not give her name), did not answer a single question, tried to get away from answers, and at the end she hung up phone, I made subsequent calls immediately, so she generally just dropped the call What kind of people "work" there? They do not fulfill their official duties, they communicate boorishly, I had to file a complaint against them, the card was arrested and they did not even send a letter that the card was under arrest, nor did they try to contact to inform about it I got the impression that some kind of small children are being taken there, judging by the behavior of the employee whom I described above, I would like the employees to be hired before hiring - at least taught to communicate and answer questions, and not to reset the phone "They work" - they just sit still and rejoice at their salaries, I hope that soon there will be responsible workers - who will take their work seriously

I wrote a claim. They answered to add the original receipt. Sent. And silence ..... No answer, no hello !!! They do not call, do not respond to requests. WHAT to do ???
