March 16, 2020 called dentistry with acute pain (cracked tooth), the tube was removed immediately. The polite girl at the reception explained everything in detail. I arrived the next day, March 17th. In a lively queue, it took about 15 minutes to get to the surgeon Natalya Viktorovna for the first time. I want to express this gratitude to this particular doctor. Very attentive, sensitive, professional with a capital letter, and just a nice person. I did everything quickly, clearly. More to such specialists. Although I did not see her face, the doctor was in a mask, she is very disposed to herself. It's not scary to go to her (I'm afraid of dentists). Despite the fact that I have been living in another area for more than 10 years, I am not detaching myself from this clinic, only because of dentistry. I will go here again. Horrible attitude of doctors !!! I came to the clinic for an examination on 10/28/2017, complained of pain, the doctor on duty examined and recorded only on 11/08/2017. Ignored complaints of pain !!! I arrived today (11/08/2017) at the appointed time (I quit my job specially in order to be in time), and they say to me at the reception that the doctor is sick and offered to re-write, because all the other doctors are busy. They took me to the doctor on duty. To my complaints about pain and questions, what should I do, the doctor on duty (a full-length woman with a short haircut and dyed white hair wearing glasses) replied “what are my questions? In general, these are not my problems; today there are 20 of you people and that’s all they want something, "while raising her voice, she told me that I needed to call and find out! I say to her in reply that maybe you should have called and warned ?! She says that your number is not on the map. After looking carefully I found the number, asks yours? I say - mine. She probably called, but you did not pick up the phone. I - I have been home all day today and would have heard a phone call. Overwritten only on 11/27/2017. Wait 3 weeks. And suffer with pain! Just "wonderful"! What kind of nonsense? Why then give out the numbers? You see if you need to call them. What else needs to be done? Maybe heal his own tooth and give them money, and say thanks again? And so here we have a dental clinic √28 !!!
