To which I received an answer that I myself chose this bouquet and it was collected the day before, so that they did not lie about the fresh bouquet. And they say "you could ask the florist to collect a bouquet of persistent flowers, but you didn’t!" But nothing that I wanted a bouquet of roses? I do not expect that they will stand idle for a week, but this does not mean that they should wither before I can give them. Based on the logic of OM Flowers it follows that today you can collect a bouquet of old flowers, but it will still be fresh, it was collected today. On this phrase, OM Flowers store stopped communicating. It seemed to me that the customer was always right, especially since I did not ask for a refund, but the store did not even think to apologize, but simply made me guilty. And they were not embarrassed that I would no longer come to their store, although I live nearby and often bought flowers at OM flowers. I think that any flower shop has unsuccessful flaccid bouquets, but this is the first flower shop that did nothing to give the client a chance and returned to the store again.
