When the deposit was opened, the branch manager assured that the bailiffs did not have the opportunity to seize the account, if it were, VTB Bank would not disclose information about its depositors and I could be calm for my savings. As soon as I opened the deposit, a few days later, money was written off in favor of the fiscal and enforcement proceedings. I do not recommend trusting VTB Bank. They lost me as a client forever.

The worst bank branch in the city, just awful. Unskilled specialists. They took out a mortgage in this branch. It all started with a consultation, later it turned out that the specialists gave incomplete information, asked each other how it was correct, the attitude towards the client was inattentive, they barely accompanied the deal, and we were led step by step by 4 specialists, all as one, illiterate and do not care !!! As a result, they said, right before signing, that the mortgage would be paid with a commission of 500 rubles. And there is no free payment option !!! Gave a free card for payment, only after we called the hotline !!! Negative impression of this branch.
