Disgusting service, we came at lunchtime we collected a bouquet already, at the checkout we were denied service for 5000, they said go wherever you want we won't give change, when the bouquet is collected for a minute, my martyr quickly ran home for a card, I was left to wait in the store at this time the cashier with a chop told me that everyone has been using cards for a long time, in parallel with us a man came in who took flowers more expensively and there was a completely different attitude towards him, when my martyr came with a card, we were told the amount more expensive, we informed about this, to which we were told still stand and wait, we lost 40 minutes of time in this store, by the way, the sellers did not even apologize because they were too carried away by flattery to the man who came to them, we’ll never come to this store disgustingly again!

I took the order rather expensive flowers as a present to my beloved, and despite the care and proper maintenance, the flowers wilted after 8 hours. And instead of positive emotions, we are completely disappointed. I will not order here anymore and I will not recommend it to my friends.
