It’s good that I refused to pay in advance, as they require it. The next day they called and apologized (after the recall). They suggested re-ordering, but the flowers were no longer needed.

Recently I came here for flowers, I will not come anymore. Florist, if I may call it that, was very upset that he was torn from his occupation (watch a movie). You can’t find good flowers cheaper than 200 rubles per piece, out of 9 white roses I bought, after 12-14 hours 2 already wilted (the flowers were immediately placed in a tall vase filled to the brim with water). Conclusion: neither customer focus, nor the pleasure of shopping, the wife is upset by the colors.
