The day of receipt is postponed, respectively, it is necessary to ask for time off at work again. The name of the company is too loud, does not meet the expectations.

I have been waiting for the missing facades for 4 months !!! I ordered a glatcher kitchen - the quality is terrible, almost all the facades are defective. Initially, there were extra items in the order that were paid, immediately after that the amount became less, and after 3 months I knocked out a refund of the excess paid difference. One lower module was not delivered to the first delivery, it was not on the list at all. Further, during self-pickup, they assured that everything could be taken away when we arrived at the warehouse, the facade was not. They can answer in a week or two if you write to the mail. If you call, they say write to the mail, and the next day the manager goes on vacation for a week and they again do not answer. I call the next day, another manager takes control, promises to contact and again silence. I call the next day (Saturday is work, Sunday is a day off), another manager says that this is not her order, hangs up and puts the phone on the answering machine, so the solution to the problem is still postponed.

I don’t work for this company and I don’t want to. I had to refuse the order due to such a boorish attitude, although we waited 22 DAYS. They fill up orders, and then dynamite (pillows did not come, pillows did not come) complete CHEAT‼ ️

We ordered a makeup table, promised to deliver it in a month, later called and said if you leave the prepayment - delivery will be earlier! On the appointed day in the evening they called and said that the warehouse was delaying the goods and delivery would be ONLY in a month only! The manager’s answer to the question “why doesn’t the warehouse warn in advance?” was “think i like to receive such news?” !!! When asked to return the money they said to go to the site, fill out an application, attach a copy of the payment receipt !!! I have not seen such a non-client oriented service for a long time !!!!! P.S. Immediately found another site and arranged delivery FOR TOMORROW! Cheaper and even with lamps as a gift (though we already bought lamps, since they do not come with the Nevsky)!
