By chance, I became a client of this store "Favorite Furniture" - which I soon regretted. I chose a product that suits me on the website of this store (modular hallway), HAVE ARRIVED (1) to arrange it and the sellers told me that the price had grown, that it was not their fault, okay ... I made an advance payment of more than 50% at the “new” price. In the beginning, they did not even want to draw up a contract, but in the end he convincingly asked. The contract fixed the price and date of delivery of the goods with a stock for three months (1/4 of a year). Four days later, a call from the store (the woman introduced herself as the director of the store), it was about the fact that the prices had grown and it was necessary to pay extra ... I began to say that the contract contains the price, the date (that it is fixed), the rights and obligations of the parties, which I heard in response to “I don’t owe anything to anyone!” If you are not satisfied, come and take the money ... or pay ”. I understand that the time spent cannot be returned and I think I will continue to cooperate with this store - WHAT FURTHER WAS MY FATAL MISTAKE. Almost two months later, I received a call from the store that the furniture had arrived ... Then the question "How will you pick it up?" Was asked, to which I began to find out the price tag from them for delivery. At the beginning it was said that delivery within the city of 500 rubles, I agreed, they began to arrange delivery and when I announced my address, which is located within the city, I heard a different price of 750 rubles, and justified it by the fact that it was far away .... it was funny to hear from legal entity faces, it turns out that prices are not fixed, but are taken from the head…. (This moment disappointed me a lot, but the further the worse it gets ...). In general, I WENT (2) took and delivered the boxes to the house…. I started assembling, the first wardrobe .... The front doors are three centimeters less, there were no shelf holders in the kit ... well, okay, I'll start further; Second cabinet - There was no bar; The third cabinet - there was no connecting strip for the wall; The first curbstone - the facade and shelves were not cut correctly; The second curbstone - together the right and left walls, put two left walls. As a result, there was nothing to collect. We wrote a complaint, after three weeks a call that everything has come, come and take it. ARRIVED (3), the doors to the first cabinet did not come, the walls of the bedside table were not the same ..., they gave a bar (later it turned out to be the wrong size), shelf holders were given (which were already purchased at that time for OWN FINANCE) and a connecting bar for the walls. A week later, they brought the side wall to the bedside table, Went (4) took ..., Three weeks later, I contacted the store, about the doors to the cabinet and the bar, which was not the one that was brought on the first complaint, unsubscribed that you can come .. I ARRIVE (5) ...., the doors were given (already a different shade, they were glued just awfully, as if they were doing it on their knees, there are no holes for the hinges and no holes or markings for mounting the handles), the bar was never brought and the seller (who is represented by the director) , refused to communicate with me. VERDICT: For three months, the hallway was never assembled due to a lack of components, a lot of time wasted talking with incompetent people, five visits to the store, goods of inadequate quality for an NOT justified amount of money.
