What can I say .. The welder worked there a little less than a year, on a permanent basis. Impressions : 1. The conveyor. And that was the main minus for me. The work is monotonous, dull and hard. 2. The team and leadership. The second minus. Many visitors, the attitude of the authorities - die, but fulfill the plan. No one cares at all. Constant understaffing - working for yourself and that guy. Big turnover. The choice of the place where you get does not depend on you - where you need to plug the hole, they will put it there, despite your knowledge and skills. And transfer to another place is almost unrealistic. The premium, which is almost half of the salary, can be pulled off for any slightest jamb. Of the pluses, I probably remember only the dining room, they feed excellently and relatively inexpensively. Well, they give a dorm apartment type, pay for the move, and lift.
