For a long time I wanted to go after the enthusiastic reviews that I read earlier, and now the case cited. I did not like. Starting from the intercom, in which you press the button, press, it squeaks and peels, and the door does not open and only then an employee comes in, opens the door for you from the inside and says that something is not working for us. Why is this barrier? Inside the place there is not enough and individually we could not sit on a regular chair, because he is not there. You can choose only a double sofa and a bar stool. A man was already sitting on the sofa, did not want to rub against him, sat on the bar stool, but because I don’t visit bars - it’s not nice. Then it is proposed, insisted by the staff and doctors to sign at least five papers with the words: "You need to sign here, you need to fill out this, etc." And I came to the picture and to a free consultation. Why so much? I haven’t started treating yet, and I’ve got five papers before and after. What for? Safety net? About the staff. Of course, no one said rudeness, but the intonation and facial expressions of these people make you feel that you are being interrogated, lectured and some kind of tragic conversation. There is no optimism, but even if so, well, support the person, well, he has come to you, and maybe he will still walk and walk ... I had two goals to take a picture of all my teeth, thank you for it (the service costs 800 rubles, in the Pushkin State Polyclinic that it cost 600 rubles on a school street) and get a doctor's consultation on what can be done with the remnants of my teeth and how much will it cost? But in this case, I didn’t receive any even approximate figures; I was sent to another clinic for a 3D-picture. The result of the conversation is 0. To say that this is the best clinic, as they say in other reviews, no I will not say. Why put five stars? I did not want to evaluate Smile Design Studio. This is just my opinion and I share it. How are teeth treated? I do not know. Maybe good. How much is the treatment? I did not understand. Satisfied with visiting Smile Design Studio? Half (took a picture).

In addition to the planned treatment, I had to remove several “eights” for a long time, but I was wildly afraid due to bad experience in one of the “Soviet” type clinics (it was many years ago). However, I decided, and the surgeon did everything very quickly and absolutely painlessly. Thanks again to all the clinic staff!

Repeatedly visited this clinic since its opening. I always noted for myself a friendly, professional atmosphere, from administrators to doctors.
