I signed up for a women's haircut at this hairdresser, when the master came for a haircut, the master said that she was very tired and could hardly stand, I was already embarrassed by this fact, then she said that they did not have water, which I was not even warned about by phone, in the end the haircut took 15 minutes, they did not wash their hair and did not put it, they took the full cost of 600 rubles, in addition they offered to come to them again the next day, wash their hair themselves in advance and they would simply style their hair and pay 650 rubles for styling again. Honestly, I am shocked by such service, this is the first time I see this. In addition, they did not cut their hair exactly !!! Barber shop of a very low level, dirty and not professional masters who cheat for money and impose their opinion on the haircut. I do not recommend this institution, especially the master !!!

A good hairdresser, master Ekaterina was very attentive to the wishes, which had a pleasant effect on the result. And I would like to separately note the pleasant pricing policy of this institution, although it is under the Estel brand, but there is no imposition of masks, paints and what usually happens here. It's great that they also cut children. At the same time, the second master - a man (unfortunately I don't know the name) cut a little child's hair, learned a stylish hairstyle, and not just the entire length for a typewriter. Next time I will bring my man there for a haircut)
