I was in the pediatric department with my 9 month old daughter for 5 days. Since I was not there before the renovation, I cannot compare. But now you can see everything is new, everything is very nice and comfortable. Everywhere is clean, every day the ward is cleaned. Toilets and showers are shared (separate m and f). The ward had 4 beds + 4 bedside tables + a cot. One sink, a doctor call button, which is very convenient, an apparatus that cleans the air. 2 huge windows. The food is quite tasty, sometimes there are so-so porridges, so I ate my own for breakfast. Of the minuses, you cannot walk along the corridor, but this is also a plus, no one spreads the infection and there is always silence. It was also impossible to visit relatives. The doctors are good, only the tests were waiting for a long time. They wanted to put on an IV, but the nurse did not manage to get into the vein, as a result, the daughter was left with two punctured hands, everyone was stressed, it was a very difficult sight.

It is impossible to get through to the call center, the music is playing, money is being debited, but the phone is not answered! Information on the sites is not updated, old. And where to get at least informational help.

Now the registrar has changed and it became very cool, everything is fast, very responsive and savvy. And there are no claims on the doctors
