My mother was treated here, she was given chemotherapy. She liked everything, the doctors are good, the nurses too. Only the manager spoiled the impression. Mom was sent to PET CT in Pesochny, but the direction was not written correctly. At that moment I was with my one-year-old son at the St. Olga Hospital and my husband drove my mother everywhere. It is worth considering that he sacrificed his working time for several days for my mother to take her here, here ... He brought her to Pesochny, took her to the PET CT department and went to work, and after the procedure he wanted to come for her. Halfway there they call him and say that the direction is not written correctly with all the consequences and that they are ready to take mom if we bring them the corrected direction today. He called me and asked me to call here to explain the situation and agree on a new direction, and he turned around and went to the sand to get the necessary documents and go to Kuzmolovo. I got through to the department and described the situation, naturally I was excited because I didn’t understand how it was possible to drive people to different parts of the suburbs like that ?! And if a person had nobody here, who could rush about like that ?! I was told that they would rewrite the direction without any problems. It is worth mentioning that Mom was scheduled to arrive on April 2 with the results of a PET CT scan to consider continuing chemotherapy. In general, the voice in the receiver tells me - "Your hospitalization was postponed to Friday." I ask - "What Friday?" A voice in the receiver speaks with mocking intonation: - "And when is it Friday?" I have a child in one hand, a phone in the other, and here it is !!! I start to wind up and say - "Well, actually I have a Friday every week!" The voice in the receiver again says, “What day is it today?” I am "Thursday!" Voice - “And what day tomorrow?” ..... Instead of saying that your mother’s hospitalization was postponed until Friday, April 30, they simply told me that on Friday. Naturally, I asked which one !!! For you can transfer both backward and forward! In general, it turned out to be the head of the department, which just brought me to tears! After her husband arrived, he talked with the doctor, who rewrote the application, then put the stamps on the head nurse and said that they were normal people, and the fly in the ointment in this ointment, apparently, was only the manager. Therefore, my advice to you is when you call there or talk with the manager, do not be too lazy to turn on the recorder on the phone, and then you can’t show anything to anyone. Although, I do not think that a person with oncology generally has a desire to present something to someone. All good and health.

At first it was all right, but then, from the words of my mother, the doctors were spoiled and everything became bad. Mom was a patient of this hospital. She died. With her own words at her last visit, doctors exceeded the dose of chemistry in two men, one described the other died.

Excellent specialists, repairs are underway on the 1st floor, i.e. soon it will become even more convenient.
