The examination was carried out competently and carefully, took the analysis for covid. (luckily negative). diagnosis of pneumonia. CT-2. Saved from hospitalization, were treated at home, we are on the mend.

The first time I started to call this "purgatory" (by the way, I hung on the phone for 2 hours to get through to them!), 6.11. (The next day after taking a smear), with a request to call a doctor, open a sick leave and a request to take another smear on covid. I was told that it is possible to take repeated smears in 10 days, and a paramedic will come to me on the 15th, he will need to be reminded to write me a sick leave. 15th fell on Sun. The day before that, I realized that no one told me what approximate time they should come to me, despite the fact that a smear before collecting a smear should not be eaten for about an hour. Naturally, I could not get through on Saturday, I decided that they would not come, but I still waited for the whole weekend with hope (no one came). Hoping to get through on Mon, and to clarify what time to wait for the doctor's arrival, my attempts were crowned with failure, waiting for an answer for 1 hour and 15 minutes. But it would seem, what could be worse? On Tue, repeating the already routine procedure in the morning, I got through to the children's registry (although I called the doctor's extension number and, of course, the adult clinic). I thought it was weird, I was pressing the correct extensions, but I figured I might have clicked somewhere wrong by mistake. Bottom line: after that I called 4 times and all the times I got to the registry of the children's clinic. Each waiting call time is on average 40 minutes, so good luck and patience, or the possibility of calling a doctor from a paid clinic

I have never met a worse medical institution. Starting from wardrobe, ending with doctors. Recording at 19:00, came at 40 !!! minutes EARLIER, time 20:20 and I have not been accepted yet! And there are 3 more people behind me. And they work until 20:00 It's not clear who is doing what at all! Doctors and the receptionist constantly run to each other and distract. Most people come here to record or take an analysis for covid-19, of course, not everyone is sick with it, they are all in the same room 6 × 3 meters, except for the "sanitizer" hand sanitizer, there are NO disinfectants at all!

We got through to the reception in half an hour. The date of the smears was appointed, they were taken on the appointed days. The results came in a week. The hospital was opened by phone. After receiving the results of smears, the hospital was closed for 2 hours in the outpatient clinic. Yes, it is difficult to get through, but there are queues in the outpatient clinic, but you need to understand in what densely populated area you live, there is also a covid pandemic in the yard and the burden on the medical staff is enormous! Thanks to the entire outpatient clinic for your work!

It's very hard to get through to them! And if you dial up to call a doctor, you may still be refused. If the temperature is 37.2, then you must come to the therapist yourself. And in order to get to the therapist, you have to stand in line at the registrar, which goes as far as the street (I stood for 1.5 hours !!!), then to the doctor for about an hour. And when I came home, in the evening my condition worsened!
