Badly equipped. Dirty bathrooms with no toilet paper, no hot water and no soap (needless to say, you shouldn't look for paper towels or hand dryer, you'll not find). While I was waiting in the corridor they were transporting a dead body...not what anyone would like to see. Clinic wards are so busy so there is a queue in front of them. Off course in a case of emergency it's better then nothing, but try to avoid this place

A good friend of mine ended up in this hospital which was so poorly equipped and beyond that unfortunately it was so rundown and dirty as well. Many times I had to go out and find the medical supplies purchase and bring them to this hospital. It was a very sad situation. They were also not equipped nor did they seem to have the knowledge of how to handle his disease. Thankfully he survived, but his quality of life is not great and much of it is due to the lack of a proper medical response at the time of his medical crisis. Very sad.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the attending physician Natalya Yurievna Zayarko and all employees of the 15th infectious diseases department for their high professionalism. Thanks to the remarkable staff of the department managed to overcome the severe virus. But not only the knowledge and experience of doctors helped the recovery, I was very touched by the atmosphere of care, attention, participation, humor and joke, which so cheered up and helped a speedy recovery. Separate words of gratitude for the perfectly organized food! I wish all the wonderful employees of the 15th Infectious Diseases Department of health, patience in their very difficult work, so that all their patients go quickly and successfully to recovery. Low bow to all of you and deep heartfelt thanks!

Probably everyone has their own opinion, depending on the attitude that they received from the employees. At the department many times he treated his loved ones and was satisfied, but then he himself got into an emergency room and ... tin, left, could not lie there just like that while no one cared about me ... Apparently not "acute" was sick ... But I don’t want to go there again.

My mom is in the hospital now. Review from her words: "Hello. My name is Olga Sergeevna Gnatush, I want to share the latest events of my life. On June 19, I received a serious injury - the separation of nerve endings from the 5-6th vertebrae, a concussion and a fracture of the jaw. I spent three weeks in neurosurgery in Yaroslavl. , to all requests to do something with the jaw, there was one answer - we solve the problems according to the complexity. Time was wasted, a fairly extensive decay of the jaw bone began. I ended up in the Aleksandrovskaya hospital, in the 11th infectious diseases department (maxillofacial surgery). My attending doctors - Lipatov Ekaterina Aleksandrovna and Andrey Sergeevich. From the first minutes of communication, there was an absolute trust in the doctors. They examined step by step, then there was a difficult operation, now the postoperative period - these two doctors are pulling me out. All this time I know - I am not one! Thanks to them for their great professionalism, experience, humanity. And most importantly, they returned to me the belief that doctors can be sensitive and responsive. And to believe means LIVE. Low to you bow, Ekaterina Alexandrovna and Andrey Sergeevich! "
