Awful disrespect to customers. On Friday there was a huge queue, the administrative girl said that the wait would take about an hour and a half. And what!? We arrive in half an hour, our turn is over. They made a fair claim that they were spreading misinformation ... They cheated on us and were told not to interfere with the work of the staff. This is just utter disgrace and irresponsibility.
