At the same time, they will be allowed to go to the library, and they will accept things, but they will make it clear that the homeland is simply meeting you halfway in this case, and you must understand this. You can visit here with a guided tour, or you can not, but at the same time you will surely remember the amazing (for example, it never ceases to amaze me for twenty years) places, fenced off from visitors by a red and white emergency tape (not in support of the people of Belarus, God forbid God!) - at the luggage room in the cloakroom, on the fourth floor in the reading rooms.
