I definitely recommend to visit. A great place to spend a relaxing weekend. Very original houses. Romantically beautiful and delicious to eat. Of the minuses in the cool time, you need to regularly heat it if you want to be warm. I got up at night and heated up. Bath is also not for everybody. But breakfast in the morning in bed with a view of the forest is priceless, for everything else there is a Mastercard.

Overall I liked it, but there are many drawbacks, because of which I would not go here a second time. There is a long road from St. Petersburg, to Melnikovo, a dirt road starts, about 15 km. In rainy weather at 10 degrees, the house is sooo cold. They drowned the whole night, my husband did not sleep practically, I slept under 5 blankets. In the morning it turned out that there were holes in the house, so with a mediocre stove there were huge heat losses. Plus the wood is damp. But I slept well. Shower and toilet in a separate building. There is also a dry closet in the house. There is good hot water, clean and comfortable. Lake 15 minutes walk along a forest path. They took the grill grate, which was not used, because it was raining and the fire could not be organized. But in the morning it turned out that it was paid ... and coffee with cocoa, by the way, too. Nobody warned us about this, 500 r was worth everything. A trifle, but unpleasant. Breakfast is delicious, they took pancakes, but what kind of breakfast is it without coffee or cocoa? And they are already for the money. In short, a little expensive for such a vacation, where you can't leave the house too much, because every half an hour you need to throw logs into the stove so that at least somehow it is warm in the house. Romantic, cozy, beautiful, but a lot of "buts". By the way, this was our first day after the wedding.

From the pros: friendly staff, nature, cleanliness, the idea itself as a whole, you can go boating and fishing, there is also a barrel bath, a delicious honey cake! The houses are far from each other and you feel alone. Considering that there are only 5 houses, and the nearest settlement is far away, you do not see people at all (we were completely alone on the lake for 2 hours. Of the minuses: bad road at the entrance, there are no awnings over the manga, and the fire. In fact, there are no paths to the houses and the lake (nothing for the young, but if an older generation comes, it is dangerous). There is almost no access to water. If you don't take a boat, you have to huddle on the pier, and it's small.

Or, before the visit, I had too high expectations. From the pros: Great staff, very welcoming and friendly, always ask how you are doing. Unusual experience and appearance. I think 90% of them come here for this very reason. Sufficiently tasty food, although its choice is not so great. Nice bath. Unfortunately, we could not get into the font, as it was booked all the days of our stay. Minuses: Absolute lack of infrastructure. During your rest, you have 1 forest route - to the pier on the lake. Or you can take a walk / ride on dusty primers in the neighboring field (on bikes, on which even the height of the steering wheel cannot be adjusted). Actually, this is the main disadvantage - if you are going for outdoor recreation, it is not clear what to do and where to walk, it remains for days to sit in your hut / main tent or plow wild thickets. Getting there without a car is an expensive and long-term pleasure. 300 rubles (2 hours) by train, and 1800 (40 minutes) by taxi (all this is only one way). Breakfasts are included in the cost of living, but coffee or tea in breakfast is paid separately: D (as well as drinks in lunches and dinners). For drinks, by the way, there is no possibility even to buy a bottle of lemonade or non-alcoholic beer, only all sorts of homemade lemonades, etc., which, as I understand, cannot be bought after 20:00, since the kitchen is closed. Also, for breakfast, I was very pleased with the omelet with cheese and TOMATOES (1 cherry tomato, cut in half: D) We obviously did not live at the most favorable temperature (during the day it was a maximum of +20), respectively, at night the stove could not cope with the tasks set, not to mention the fact that it goes out after 2 hours. Blankets and rugs practically do not save you from the cold. The chain, which is used to moor the boat, is located on the dock, so if during a walk you want to land somewhere to take a walk, you are unlikely to succeed. The same pier is the only exit to the pond (with a dangerous muddy bottom), swimming from it is still a pleasure, especially when algae tickle your feet. ---------- As a result, such an experience myself that I would hardly want to repeat. But on the other hand, the stories on the insta caused wild delight among a bunch of subscribers)))) What I actually talked about at the beginning. On a check - 24k for a two-person stay for two nights, provided that we did not bring our own food and drinks with us + travel expenses mentioned above. meh
