I would like the management to take a closer look at the work of the clinic administrators. I was a regular customer, I don't want to come again. 3 weeks before the desired appointment with a neurologist, I started calling to make an appointment. They said to me: "there is no doctor's schedule yet, call me back." I called back 3 times in two weeks. On the third call, I was informed that they could put me on a waiting list, but I would not be the first there. I agreed, but no one called me back. In the end, I called for the 4th time, and they told me that there were no more places for that day. This attitude really hurt me.

I was at the gynecologist’s office, paid for the appointment, examination for a certificate of the absence of inflammation of the appendicitis, but in the end I also had to pay for a bunch of smears that I was not warned about. She did an ultrasound of the bile ducts. It costs 300 rubles. The doctor’s task is to earn more, in the end, when I received a conclusion, they asked me to pay an extra 1200 for an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity (which I did not need). And so every time.

I really like to visit the clinic. Administrators are all polite, tactful, serve quickly, wonderful doctors - Bogdanov's gynecologist, therapist and gastroenterologist Pristavsky. Good polite girls work well in the treatment room. The most wonderful clinic, for several years of visits no complaints.

An excellent clinic, which I have been visiting for several years, I had rather strong problems, but the doctors sorted them out and quickly put me on my feet. Compared to other clinics, prices are ridiculous, you can’t wait in line, the attitude of the staff is good.
