Yegerskaya Sloboda

The houses here have been preserved since ancient times, but they still live in them. Changes to buildings are not allowed.

A historical place, but badly spoiled by local residents and general disorder. Connoisseurs will see a fragment of history in it, and for most it will seem faded and uninteresting. Local absolutely do not support the former beauty. I am silent about the house, but why should the trees be so disfigured? Getting there is not very easy, from the Marienburg station, if only, or from the Aerodrome microdistrict. Some time ago, the entrance to the park of Silvia from the side of the Jaegers settlement was closed. The only plus is that local activists arrange excursions there (look on the net for anyone interested).

Everything that concerns the territory of the palace park and the nature reserve park in Gatchina is the beauty of nature, ancient architectural monuments, and most importantly, the smell of the freshness of the forest - conifers, oaks, Christmas trees ... when you walk in the park after the rain - the freshness is such that just do not breathe!

I can not say anything about Egerskaya sloboda. I have not been here and, unfortunately, Google does not allow to remove this place from the list of visited places. Be careful with Google services! Very buggy!

Not the most famous, but definitely noteworthy historical object.
