We bought a complete kitchen set for parents in September 2019 at the Furniture House on Narvsky, as a result, half a year has not passed yet and the warranty is not over yet, and the furniture has already begun to break, the coating on the cabinet doors began to crack, and the hinges began to break. We contacted the store twice, in February and July 2020, but they did not answer us, they said that we would wait for the employee to come to the address himself and check the furniture, but no one showed up! Therefore, I DO NOT recommend this store and their products to ANYONE, the attitude towards customers is RUNNING !!! Product quality is AWESOME! !!!!!!! The photo shows the door slits, since the hinges do not hold anymore and the doors do not close as they should, plus, they went cracked, even half a year has not passed !!!

The store doesn't value customers. We forgot the masks, so they didn't even let us in, despite the fact that in the big hall there was no one but us and the seller. It is absolutely stupid to force the buyer to wear a muzzle so as not to infect the sofas. No more foot here, but we were planning to make a big purchase.

I don’t go there very often, I’m biting furniture now, but they give in installments or on credit, sellers are polite, even if you just look, they let you recover from abundance, in general it’s not bad furniture, but it seems there is no delivery, but for lonely or old people themselves will cope
