Spa Otel' Akvamarin

We (A family with 2 kids: 4 years and 7 months) came to this hotel for just one day and one night. The room was pretty spacious but super basic. No air conditioning, the toilet was poorly fixed to the floor ☹️ The only good thing was breakfast with a lot of choice. The SPA does not allow kids younger than 5 yo. No nursery for small kids, so were unable to use saunas. All additional cosmetological services were apparently booked days in advance (no one let us know about necessity of booking a massage a week in advance), so we could not enjoy that either. This “family” hotel has NO SWIMMING POOL. They suggested we can go to a neighboring hotel, but their swimming pool was fully booked as well. As a result the stay was not enjoyable at all and basically a waste of time and money. Would not recommend it.

Beautiful suits , rooms but very poor service , when we arrive for 5 day family trip . We have told to change room three times with all bags bring from top floor to down and no management for client help . Never take the Food Include option , poor nutrition food . In the last Overly charge 3 star hotel . There lawn and sport area is too small that kind garden lawn are bigger compare to them .

They are cheats my in payment and cheat booking.com in payment Bill..exa; paying 20000₱ they send to booking as I bay only 13000 in my stay. as a hotel is good rooms services good but they are cheats everybody

A nice hotel situated 10 min walk from sandy beautiful beach. Good breakfast and bath complex. Very easy to get by train from center of Peterburg (from Finlyandskiy railway station).

Nice hotel near beach. Staff doesn't speak much english but we manage well. Good food! Big bathrooms!
