NERO SPA & Beauty Salon

I do not advise anyone to use the services of this salon. My sad experience occurred on 01/21/2020, when I came with a natural cold shade and asked to paint the gray roots and burned-out ends in the same shade, and left with burgundy hair a whole tone darker than the one I requested. There were no apologies from the salon, they offered to do a wash - i.e. kill your hair. They refused to return the money (13,400₽), 2 rude answers and threats were sent to my 2 written complaints that they would turn to judicial and law enforcement agencies if I publish a review about this sad experience in my social networks. I have never seen such a disgusting attitude towards clients in my life, the level of urban hairdressing salons. The founder A.V. Gavrilov obviously has never read the law on consumer rights and does not care at all about his reputation and client base. Bottom line: I now walk for several months with red hair until the color starts to wash out, and it starts to wash out in red, which is even more humiliating. The annual hundreds of thousands of rubles spent on the excellent look of my hair flew into the pipe after going to this terrible salon. Plus, all the nerves are humiliating to use the services of lawyers to resolve this issue and litigation, but there are no other options.

A little oasis. Like the Nero salon, the hotel itself is simply chic. The atmosphere of relaxation and rest. In Nero, I did hair styling for the evening. They made a beautiful hairstyle out of medium length hair. What you need! Shone all evening! SPA - body peeling and seaweed wrap .... mmmm, pleasantness before a sweet sleep. Recommend!

Awesome beauty !!! Insanely beautiful interior, just a paradise for a perfectionist! Cleanliness, luxury, service - all by 10 points! I do manicures there, Olga is the best master of all that I have met. I was on a massage and in a hammam, I also really liked it. Next time I will come to you with girlfriends;)
