Such small post office store for such a crowded neighborhood. Always big lines and long waiting! Try to avoid rush hours and if you can, just pick it up in Grazdansky.

Not as bad as intended! In 50 minutes 12 people! The girl works alone - clearly and quickly, everything is with parcels and everything is fine 🤷 It must be borne in mind that you need cash, and you need to go early, before 12 noon, then there are not many people!

Не работает терминал. Никаких предупреждений об этом нигде нет. Сначала пришла и оказалось, что у них выходной, второй раз не работает терминал. Всё как в известной поговорке: Почта России - это филиал ада на земле.

No wonder the Russian post is called the branch of hell on earth! I ordered from China 7 parcels from different sellers. According to the tracking number, the parcels arrived at the department a long time ago and even went back to the sellers, but they do not have these parcels in the miracle system that they use by mail. On my second visit, the operator suddenly saw that one of the parcels was in the office at Central 46, but she was not there either.
