They recently introduced some kind of VIP function (they finally thought about people): if you often order goods for yourself on the Internet, you will be given them in a special “window”, which will only deal with this, so you will have to stand in line less. - 3 points for VERY slow work.

Branch of hell. Already both the Pension Fund and Sberbank have learned how to serve customers, but the mail does not change in any way. There is no electronic queue, a lot of people around the clock, working 1-2 cash desks. But we will add a shop here and a post office to you. It would be better if they went about their business, honestly. The most disgusting thing in this situation is that in some cases there are simply no alternatives to mail and you will have to go through this nightmare in order to receive something. P.S. Lyrical digression - respected residents of Kirov, teach your friends and relatives, especially the older generation, that a pension can be received not only at the post office, that utilities can also be paid in more suitable places. I won't even say anything about electronic payments and transfer of pensions to the card. It will be better for everyone if the post office deals with postal services in the first place.
