Not the worst branch of the Russian Post. Perhaps I was just lucky sometimes to come at a time when no one was in the department. Staff generally do not greet in response to a greeting. It is annoying that they make some kind of sub-five from the mail. Are you serious about selling food, canned food at the post office? This is not a remote village, though.

The nastiest post office. I wonder why the employees do not have badges, because I wonder how in our time it is possible to serve people like the lady who sits behind the second window. Constantly dissatisfied, as if she was being torn from the most important matters, rude. Once she complained to me that someone had written a complaint to the department and now they would be left without a prize and ingratiatingly asked me to write a positive review. Only the next time she rudely rude to me in response to a simple question and I wanted to write a complaint. If work and clients are so enraging, then you don’t need to go to such work. Typical "victim of circumstances." This is not the first time this madam has really spoiled my mood. And I'm tired of it, I really would not want to see her anymore in my department, this work is not for her. In our time, friendly and polite employees are already everywhere at the post office, this atavism of perestroika still remains.

I was struck, in the negative sense of the word, by a separate employee of the department - I found with the words: “Why are you dragging and dropping on the post so late, I won’t have time, how can I close the cash desk then ...” and everything like that ... neither smile nor hello! Now think about what the client’s reaction (or rather me😊) can be after 55 minutes of waiting in a queue of 4 people?!?! She answered in the same "pleasant" language for her! Made me literally work and serve me as expected. 40 minutes were left until the box office closed. Do you think there is a desire then for clients to come to this growth department ?! Not!!! If not for the parcels, in life I would not have gone there! She’s “Hamila” to all clients without exception, she’s extremely slow - as if deliberately delaying the service ... When I answered the respected employee of “Her own style”, I didn’t like it, she says - everyone has become so smart! (((Fuh, unpleasant!
