They sent a down jacket by mail for 30 thousand rubles (used) to America. After crossing the border, the tracker was no longer tracked. The post office said call Americaите and deal with them. Our jamb - we didn't insure the jacket. The second time I sent a dress to my mother in Kazakhstan for the New Year (3000 rubles) - she insured! But I lost the check. They refused to give a duplicate at the post office (although they are obliged by law to issue a duplicate of the check). The tracker in the computer cannot be viewed by last name and phone number 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Why then introduced this system with a phone ??? The feeling that when I came with the notification that I had lost the tracker, they found out which package can be taken home! 👿 They say "Only you are responsible for the tracker" Oo. Why is the responsibility one-sided ???

The package has been in the city for 2 weeks. It got out of sorting 2 km from the point of issue and disappeared. They don't pick up the phone anywhere. On a single number, answering machine. Foreign sellers are already shocked by the RUSSIAN POST.

The queue is large, the Post employees do not want to work, the guys do not necessarily need to receive parcels or letters for registration, it is very funny that at the post office you get a queue from 1 km in another place (why did I receive it here because I did not know about this mail)

A good state institution, the button serves the entire population of citizens of the Russian Federation. As in any company, there are small flaws that are eliminated over time, optimized, and mail, of course, changes for the better.

Everything is very slow. There is no electronic queue. It is not clear what they are doing in which window. It seems that I’ve returned and the past where no one has heard about customer care. The staff can only issue packages in other matters is not competent.
