She helped in the search for the lost item, told us about it personally, which, in fact, was not part of her duties (our address is not tied to this post office), but purely humanly, so to speak, entered the situation. Queues, clumsy employees. only two windows work. and sometimes just one thing. mail work schedule. they print on the printer as they want ... turned to Moscow ... the official called and said that they would take action ... a year passed and everything remained as it was ...
