The workers are nervous, their computers do not work, they cannot normally answer questions, they just shake them. We have demand-based parcels, they are outraged why there is no address, they are not looking for a parcel, and they skip the materials

Mail does not work 2 days a week: Sunday, Monday. It is unclear the working hours on other days. There is no information on the site. Regular offices until 20-00 on weekdays, and then came on Thursday at 19, it is already closed. The staff are polite, help in case of problems.
