It’s quite a good post office for Russia, not perfect, not even the best in St. Petersburg, but not bad. From the pros: + Relatively polite staff + Ability to work with the "fast" delivery of parcels Of the minuses: - too many doors, 3 doors and each one has something different. In 2uh delivery of parcels, different and, and in the 3rd Post Bank and some services of the Russian Post (similar to a minimarket).

An excellent department, always an adequate number of people, they work quickly and steadily endure not always adequate customers. It should be borne in mind that our departments are not the most equipped, computers do not always work, but postal workers do everything they can and if they come and yell at them, it would not be better for anyone. I have never spent more than 20-25 minutes here.
