The postal workers are irresponsible, they give the parcels by the track number without even looking at the documents and to whom the parcel is, so for example, they gave my parcel to a child who has no documents either, his mother called and said that she had my parcel, she made a mistake, and her child was given mine a parcel, it may be convenient, but imagine you ordered, for example, a phone or some kind of expensive thing, you wait and they gave it to someone else and they will tell you that the parcel was lost ... In general, I do not recommend ordering expensive things for this mail !!! It took a very long time to disassemble from China, and for 5 days the track shows that it is on the drive in Vsevolozhsk, and in fact I am sure that the parcels in the mail simply do not take them apart !!!!

Not even a week had passed before my parcel arrived in this department, and it was already sent back to the sender. Moreover, the delivery of the parcel was paid, but received no notification of arrival. Post office employees could not tell me anything intelligible. I can assure you that here they are careless about their work and especially to people.

There are many complaints and grievances about the separation, probably depends on the mood of the people who come. The operators are always polite, patient and courteous to me.
