I've been waiting for the parcel for a month now, either there was no notification yet, or it was lost. To my question by phone whether it was possible to check whether the parcel was sent to my address, the employee replied "come with your passport and ask a question in turn, I have no time!" and hung up. And this is during an epidemic, when you try to contact fewer people :( because of such establishments and people, you have to not only waste your working time in vain, but also put yourself and others at risk once again, although the issue would be so easily resolved by phone !

Very crowded, the queue is formed due to the fact that the process is not optimized, everything moves according to the old age technology of the USSR. The easiest process is when a person comes, gives a piece of paper and a package is given to him, which could be simpler. Even if you draw an analogy with McDonald's, then you need to cook food, pay and give out, which is technically more difficult than just finding a box and giving it to a customer, but at the same time they manage to deal with it about ten times faster. We simply dismiss the general, who for a hundred years has never been able to optimize and establish the process and to appoint an intelligent specialist in his place, it’s better not to be an old man, as is customary with shovel thinking
