The second parcel is no longer sent to the correct department, but a notice is stupidly sent. I tried to call the department for 3 hours to find out what was the matter, and never got through. The branches do not have direct numbers, so you need to first get through the robot, then through the living robot, which cannot really help, but only redirects calls to this branch. All call redirects are eventually terminated.

Very good office compared to one in the Petrograd district. That weekend, that on weekdays you can predict the time and there will not be a long queue. The staff is polite. Helped, prompted. Everything is fast and clear. An electronic queue works, which simplifies life and cannot but rejoice. Thank.
