I absolutely do not understand why the mail works according to some kind of its own schedule ?! Stores work in the same mode, and for some reason the post office has come up with a relief in connection with the Caronovirus. If I don't come, then they are up to 14 o'clock, then from 14 to 20. I have to jump to their schedule to get a letter or a package. And there is NO SCHEDULE on the site, fax on the phone all the time.
