Yesterday I successfully sent a letter from this department. I came on foot from Murino, where there are constant queues at the post office, at about 12:00. I turned out to be the fourth standing on the street and at first was a little upset, but then a woman came out of the department and asked to come from the yard to another window (delivery department), and already there I was the first. As a result, I sent a valuable letter in 5 minutes. Everything went like clockwork. The woman who received the departure was very friendly and polite, which, unfortunately, is very rare these days. The guy who was standing behind me in line also quickly received the package, which confirms the high speed of the specialist's work. Therefore, I have only positive impressions from visiting. I would also like to note: it seems that the department does not go to lunch, which is undoubtedly a plus. Only cash is accepted for payment (at least I was told so), and this is a small minus. Hope I get lucky next time. I wish you all good luck and no queues at the post office.

The big turnover, adequate workers, apparently, can not stand it for a long time. Pros: Over the past few years, the department has changed for the better, the electronic line is working well. Cons: First of all, there’s a lot of work - workers constantly appear who do not understand anything and do not know what to do. (I doubt that they had any corporate training.) Next is a small room. When the line does not fit inside, you have to wait outside. In summer it’s normal, in winter it is already too much. Workers, as mentioned above, are different - someone is polite and knows how to work with people, and someone does not. But friendly and well-working people usually do not stay long in PR.
