Никому не советую здесь стоять за получением посылки или заказного письма. Сначала пришлось ждать очередь в отделение с посылками, а там очередь аж на улицу выходит. Там сказали, что заказные письма выдают в отделении рядом. Тут тоже пришлось ждать полчаса, пока одна обслужит одну даму, потом долго думала как найти по номеру заказное письмо, диктовал номер несколько раз! Потерял на все эти очереди 2 часа!!!

The first thing to note is the poor organization of the process. There is something like an attendant who goes out into the street and distributes a single large queue to the windows, depending on the tasks for the solution of which everyone came. But in reality, all this is happening very little efficiently and very stressful. You have to "fight" to find out information on your question, and not always get it from the person on duty.
