Moreover, when employees changed three years ago, I was a little afraid that evil aunts would come))) But no, young girls came, and those girls who are already aunts are also always polite and welcoming. You can not only quickly and culturally get your package, but also giggle briefly with an employee in the process of registration. I’m talking about the secular positive that is accepted in a developed society, and which is slowly appearing in our country too. The coolest post office !!!

Of all the post offices, this is the MOST ADEQUATE AND we can say the HOLY office! All employees are polite, always smiling and ready to help !! There are certainly queues, but they serve quickly! Well done

The only change from the Soviet era was probably the introduction of an electronic queue. Yes, such progress made it to the post of Russia! Wow But it seems only he came. Well, as usual - with their jokes. You take a numbered, waiting for the turn. And then bang - and the system they have a dozen checks throws. It turns out the people, those that came later - have already left, and those who used to be left at the broken trough. And when you come out of the window and say why you missed - they tell you that it’s you so deaf and blind that you missed your number. Or rather, I'm not the only one, but there are ten of us! And all with consecutive numbers! That is, their system simply occasionally removes part of the numbers from the queue. This is only possible at the Russian post office. Yes, and customers to blame for the fact that they missed their numbers. The most interesting thing is the employees know. But every time I see this, they behave as if it was the first time and they did not notice anything. Once, even an employee spoke, when she was talking to another behind the wall))) It was audible. To be rude, the truth has become less, but not ceased altogether. Congenital is in the mail. They sell everything they can and washing powder and office, only here with the necessary postal goods - trouble. The same cards - not normal. Run in okay. It is not possible to buy a plastic envelope of the right size, there is only one, a maximum of two sizes, and then the largest ones. Repair - this word is not familiar to Russia from the time of the Soviet Union. Even her brother, Sberbank, already had two, and maybe three times had time to rebrand and repair offices. And the post of Russia as it was killed in the state, and remained. In general, everything is as usual. Here who does not change to itself! Learn, comrades !!!

Wonderful office and wonderful staff, always smiling, polite, helpful. Sometimes people come and be rude from the doorstep, yelling and insulting employees, and for a minute, it's cute and charming girls and ladies, they listen to all this and try to resolve the conflict (I would send such boors to three letters that try to raise my FAC at the expense of employees), but no, this person, as if deliberately brings the employee, either to hysteria, or to reciprocal rudeness. As they say: Treat people the way you want them to treat you! This is above not respect for the employees, but on the day of such boors, a dime a dozen. Thank you for your hard work!
