Abducted but really such lawyers should work, this is not fair. I beg you so that Tumashevich.I.I. punished in all respects. And another lawyer hid the fact that summonses were sent to everyone, but the people who passed on this case were not notified.

Awful court. Here the laws of the Russian Federation do not work. They are judged not according to the law but as they want, apparently how beneficial they are. Timing is all broken. They do not answer calls. The court must protect the interests of citizens, but here the opposite is true. This is the first court of those that I have encountered, where lawlessness is happening. Maybe I’m out of luck with the judge? Referee Mikhailova N.N. He complained to the chairman of the court, all in vain. After such court decisions, you begin to understand how much the country has drowned in corruption. Good luck to everyone and fair court decisions.

No samples of regulatory documents. Secretaries are sent from one office to another. The decision of the judge was sent to the invented address. Not at the address of registration, not at the address for correspondence, but at the third, unknown to me. Despite the fact that they agreed that I would come and take it myself. Further, in the Leningrad Regional Court, where I file a cassation appeal, it turned out that there were not enough seals on the court decision received! There are no phones on the site. No samples of regulatory documents. They offer to contact lawyers, as improperly executed complaints are not accepted or rejected due to incorrect processing. Those phone numbers that are on the Internet are either busy or do not pick up the phone.

Do not fulfill their immediate duties. But they live on our taxes. Citizens do not respond to citizens' requests. Its a fictitious law of some sort. We do not need such a court.
