Wow, very warm and convenient

Ambiguous impression. Celebrated their wedding anniversary. Spa treatments brought a lot of positive emotions. The room is spacious but the cleaning is clearly lame. Dust on furniture is rarely wiped off. We stopped by with my wife, booked for two in the end a set of towels for one ... In the restaurant I booked dinner in advance, dinner with wine. As a result, there is no corkscrew ... there is nothing to open the wine with ... I had to open it with my corkscrew, since I had it.

We discovered this hotel in October 2020 and is a great alternative to the overseas vacation, which we have been deprived of this year! Convenient location, friendly and competent staff, cleanliness and comfort, the SPA complex is beyond praise! Delicious food in the restaurant! This is the place to which you want to return ....! Huge SPA thanks!

I liked almost everything. Compact, cozy, clean and tasty. Children love the pool. Good housekeeping, slippers were changed every other day 😊. Everything for breakfast was delicious, but really a week without a single change. The restaurant is open around the clock !!! We tried almost everything from the menu in a week. Beef Stroganoff was great! Thanks to the cooks and special thanks to Victoria - the cutest waitress in St. Petersburg.

I really like the staff, both in the SPA and at the reception, and in the restaurant. BUT canteen level restaurant. I do not advise you to take anything fishy, ​​everything is terrible, tasteless and not fresh. The chef knows how to cook pizza, shingles and desserts perfectly. The rest is very mediocre. And often not fresh. Breakfast is good in composition, but it is better to come early. After 9.00, there are already many and the staff is in no hurry to add. With the cleaning, too, I was not lucky to find someone else's sock and parts from the packaging of cookies in the room. All this was lying on the floor near the window. The bathroom smells like sewage. Previously, it was only on the first floor, and now on the second. In general, the impression is ambiguous. We like this hotel, I hope there will be changes for the better.
