I chose this place according to the reviews on the Bumbate website, where the rating was 5 stars and a lot of laudatory comments, to which now there are questions. I chose a program for two with my sister for my birthday, about which I warned the administrator in advance. We were recorded at 14 o’clock, at 12 o’clock I called with a question whether it is possible to reschedule the program at 15 o’clock, they told me yes. I arrived at the salon at 14.50, the administrator did not greet me, was not disposed towards me, as if I had entered not in the spa salon, but in her kitchen at home. While I had 10 minutes left, I asked again to read the program that I had chosen, and then Olga appeared, who began to tell me that since we were late, the bath time would be shortened. I began to find out what it means that we were late if I arrived 10 minutes from the appointed time, and why I was not warned when I called that when the time was postponed, my program would be shortened. 10 minutes they told me that I was late, although this is not so. The mood has already become worse. I wanted to be in a relaxed atmosphere on my birthday, for which I came to the spa, and not explain something to a stranger. My sister was delayed and I went to change clothes in a bathrobe, Olga came to me again, brought me from the slipper, and again began to say that they had typed the bathroom for a long time and that the program would be shortened, why should I get information about the employees? I pay for my vacation and want to rest, I did not begin to answer her, hoping to maintain a festive mood. Then our program began: after the bath, we were invited to the body scrub. They said to leave the bathroom, lie on the massage table. We did all this and lay there for 10 minutes waiting for the masters who were preparing for the scrub. The question is: what did they do while we were in the bathroom and why did we have to ask us to get out of there in advance if nothing was ready? Next was a body scrub with salt and oil. The shower room was busy, again, as Olga said, because I was late, and we were offered to climb the thin tiled steps again, without treads, in the jacuzzi in order to wash it all off. We were again told to lie on the massage tables. And again, 15 minutes of waiting for their preparation for the massage. I already left the office to go after the masters and heard that they were coming. They came with 3 types of oil, this and all the preparation in 15 minutes, apparently. Massage turned out to be the most acceptable part of the whole visit. I really liked the flavor of the oil that I chose and I asked Olga what kind of oil it was and what oils it was from, she began to list some oils, clearly making it clear that my question was annoying. It was very unfriendly, because you could say that she would look at the packaging, if it is so interesting to me what kind of oil is there. Next was a body mask. After that, the program began on the face. Massage with cloth bags, head massage and hair mask, which we agreed to replace with an extra couple of minutes of head massage. As a result, facial massage took 2-3 minutes instead of 10, it was something strange in sensations, I asked about what kind of massage technique it was, to which I again received an irritated answer. Then a head massage, it’s just driving my hands through my hair, I couldn’t stand it anymore, asked what the name of this massage is, what Olga does to me, she told me: maybe you should give a master class on massage? I think this is absolutely unacceptable communication, as well as absolute ignorance of massage techniques. Then she unpleasantly squeezed my head, and I said that it was unpleasant for me. Finally, even 3 minutes of head massage were behind. I stayed only because I did not want an open conflict, because it was my holiday and there was still my sister. Although it was necessary with your Olga to find out everything on the spot. But I want to talk more with the director. We got dressed, and went to the administrator for payment, asked for a review book, they did not give it to us, which is a direct violation of the rules of trade and the law on consumer protection.
