Three times I tried to buy something in this store, but nothing worked out for me. 1. 10 years ago I ordered a Tonebone pedal, paid 50% of the cost and waited, more than a month later they sent me a screenshot with ibey and told me to wait for more than a month. He took the money, added 5% of the cost and took a new one in another store in 3 days. 2. A couple of years ago I saw an inexpensive set of patches for a pedalboard. I ordered it on the site, went to the store, but there they tried to sell me 1 patch, and not set 10 as it was on the site. It was said: “You think no one will sell you for such a price”, and I just made an order on their website, because there it was such for the whole set. 3. I was looking for a pedal today, looking for: Expensive, out of stock, delivery 3 days, delivery a week, expensive, out, ABOUT SCIFF AVAILABLE and the PRICE suits. I made an order, I'm going to go pick up, but the operator calls and says that it’s available, but in some warehouse, wait 3 days. 4 times will not :) * Shop-Bar is generally tin, you go for goods - people are sitting thumping, pushing them to squeeze through to the bartender. ** And the choice is really good, only I’ll probably get lucky from it.

I ordered red. 15 minutes digging into the computer, I left my number - I say, call back when to wait for a new one and what is all this nonsense? You understand a long time. 3 days have passed, I'm calling myself. The warehouse operator has not yet answered us. Let's wait I - if there is no answer on Friday or Monday, let's make a refund. Call back on saturday The operator is Alexander, did you want to make a refund? I - I would like to receive my goods, and not what came. Operator - no, let’s you come and arrange a refund. I arrive in a couple of days to issue a refund. Again we sit waiting, one seller is not able to issue a refund through the site, the other called for the third, they wanted to give me the money and then stop - we have indicated that the return to you is issued 03.02 on the card. I - I have no parishes, look Salesman - let's wait, there the person does not answer. I - let’s you call me as you find out. Why the hell am I going here to you. The seller - yes, I understand. Half a day has passed, I think this is some kind of damned tambourine and the lack of customer focus in the store as a whole. The impression was that the Samara store did not contact the office and warehouse at all. The result for 06.02 is neither money, nor information when they will be, nor tambourine.

Many music industry products were ordered from this store. And everything is at the highest level. There is a wider selection of musical equipment. All the tools and all the equipment that were purchased here are very worthy. There are no complaints and I hope there won't be. The delivery is very fast.
