There used to be a couple of unpleasant moments with this department, I've been and I've been there very often. But now the staff has changed, nice girls work, they are doing very well. The only minus for me, these are technical points, you can not use the receipt without documents through government services. I hope in the future to improve the equipment and then everything will be perfect.
