The cafe is located near the Chernyshevskaya metro station. There are seats, but not enough (the crown has removed a couple more): seats by the window and one high table that is wobbling. There are retro photos of Leningrad on the walls. The prices are not high. You can pay by card. You can order delivery. You can buy pastries and cook at home. Dumplings are also sold. There is a discount on ice cream now. There is no toilet.
