Service "zero". I ordered a toy for the dog with delivery to the store. The next day, an SMS arrived that the goods were delivered. After some time, the manager called and said that the goods can be taken. In fact, when I arrived for him, it turned out that the order had not arrived. They promised that tomorrow would definitely come, and before the call they would check availability. The next day, SMS also comes that the goods have been delivered. I’m calling back myself - the manager confirms that the order has arrived. Upon arrival at the store, it also turns out that there is no product! The seller "brings down" everything to the online store, and cannot answer the question of why she did not check the availability of the order before confirming its delivery. In general, the stupidly spent time, and money for round-trip skiing, which already exceeded the cost of the order.
