Very nice and atmospheric! We took the studio "clouds" .. And on a sunny autumn day - just an amazing vacation ... We regretted that they took only 3 hours ... not enough😂 Hour 4 is probably just right)

Five keys - a fabulous place! I think that one of the best for families in Samara. My family and I visited the Clouds bathhouse studio - this is the pinnacle of bliss! Open-air Jacuzzi, view of the Zhiguli Mountains, designer renovation and unobtrusive care of the Staff. The staff is very polite, customer focus is on top. They brought us a delicious branded tonic, provided with all the necessary textiles, 15 minutes before the end of the time they reminded us - it was very handy. Jacuzzi, sauna, hammam - I liked everything very much. After two hours in the Clouds, I had a feeling that I warmed up - both in body and soul)) The space itself is clean, it’s not scary to come with a child there. The club is very neat, it feels like putting a soul into it. As for prices - if someone doesn’t like prices, guys, there are many other places in Samara, no one forces you to go here. In my opinion, the prices are affordable - if you come with a company of 6 people and stay there for 3 hours, you get 1000 rubles per person for all three hours - I think this is a very affordable price for such a decent vacation. I put 100 points out of 100 👍🏻

There were 30.11. in this complex "Clouds". Everyone was thrilled. Hammam is just a fairy tale. Russian bathhouse, what you need. They ordered a bath attendant, soared with 2 oak and 3 birch. Everyone liked it. Jacuzzi 40 °. Ice barrel. Nice interior. The bonus mint tea and tonic was very nice.

Yesterday they called and made an appointment to visit the bath complex today. The receptionist said that the cost is 4000 r for 2 hours. As a result, today, when calculating after the visit, we announced the amount of 5950 r for two hours, referring to the fact that it was a joint-stock offer and it lasted yesterday the last day. For what reason we were not notified yesterday at the time of recording that the price was valid on the last day? I was counting on a different amount, but in the end I was billed 2,000 rubles more without warning!
