Disgusting attitude towards customers! When buying a subscription, they offered to purchase a personal training session with a 90% discount. They said that the coach would contact us within 3 days, of course the call did not come. After 10 days, the manager called and clarified whether there was a call from the coach, I was very surprised at the information that the coach did not contact us, assured me that the coach would call me soon. Accordingly, there was no call again. I called the club myself and the manager told me that the time had run out and the training would no longer take place and the coach wrote in the comments that we had given up training. How could we refuse if no one called us !!! A very unpleasant situation turned out, they impose services and do not perform them.

Good fitness, lots of group classes and fitness equipment, there is no queue. But there are unpleasant moments: firstly, you cannot go up with a child in a stroller - the entrance is on the side of the shopping center, and behind an inconspicuous door you will find a small staircase. Secondly, the atmosphere in the shower is terrible: the curtains are torn off, rusty shelves for accessories. It's generally scary to go to the toilet: it's all wet and dirty, and toilet paper is the cheapest, gray, like in roadside toilet booths, not respectable for a club with a good name, it seems to me that everything should be thought out, especially the little things. I would like the club to work 24 hours, but this is not a remark, but rather just the experience and convenience that the competing network has)

We have been going to the pool for three years now. I like coach Alena Smolina. I like everything, except for the nursery and the conditions for the lessons of parents with children. The absurdity of the situation is that: 1. Children's changing room is located at the exit, cloakroom. 2. Small, cramped room, where girls and boys undress even at the age of 14 !!! Therefore, at the same time, mother and son of 4 years old cannot undress in the women's locker room. 3. There is no changing room for parents with children. Not all parents go with families, mothers go with their sons, and dads go with their daughters. And you can't change together! 4. There is no common passage (not through changing rooms M and F) to the pool. Boys have to be sent alone through the locker room, the shower alone to the pool. All risks for what is happening on the parents. If the child slipped there and fell, also on the parents. Which is strange. I need it very much! The common locker room is normal for parents of accompanying children for joint activities and under an escort agreement! The dressing room should have enough space, it should be ventilated, with normal working drawers waiting for storage, as in an adult dressing room, so that you can comfortably help your child to change.
