Ранее уже сообщал и сообщаю, не порядочные работники, ни себе не людям. В 2017 в декабре, по тихому навязали страховки, аж на 75000 руб, не считая ОСАГО и КАСКО. Хорошо что успел отказаться и вернуть деньги и то упирались. Надо очень быть внимательным. Далее, подарков в этом 2020 году, как обещано в рекламе не предложили, более того цена автомобиля лада эхрэй ( стандарт) почему-то оказалась по стоимости 724000 руб. вместо обещанных по телефону 680000 руб. без кондиционера и 718000 руб. с кондиционером. И так искренне удивлялись этой цене, показывали монитор с ценниками. В итоге мы купили за наличные. Что за отношение к покупателям, ''-возьмëте в кредит, то вам подарки, а так нет". Почему-то мой автомобиль автосалон взял не за 50000 руб. (так принято забирать в утиль), а гораздо ниже, по цене хлама, хотя машина принималась в трэйд ин. Вообщем, что было, то и сообщаю.

Договорился на тестдрайв с менеджером Алексеем. Приехал раньше на полчаса, Алексей был занят, но передоверия меня свободному менеджеру Тимуру. Парень провёл со мной два тестдрайва, на механике и на варике, всё рассказал, показал , помог с выбором. Отработал на 5 с плюсом. Однозначно рекомендую этот салон, отношение к клиенту на высоте. Своим друзьям и знакомым буду рекомендовать этот салон.

There it suddenly became clear that another person was drawn in the database by the owner of the car. But in PTS I'm the only one. Apparently, someone bought this car and abandoned it before registering with the traffic police. There is reason to believe that the warranty card with the book was not given to me for this reason. I went to change the oil after running in, I also noticed that the car is thrown to the side when braking, "this is a design feature, don't find fault", "we won't issue a service book, now the sales department is not working." On the run of 8 thousand, the check came on again. "Come to the service by appointment in 3 days. We will issue the service book if available." This is the attitude. When you buy, naturally, you will be placated and courteous. On the service - by no means. Strongly not recommended. If these problems are ignored, they will have to be resolved in court.

There is no free coffee. The same deception as in all Lada salons on Marshal Zhukov, on Pulkovo highway. Benefit only for themselves. There are no fixed prices, no shares. You are being stuffed with unnecessary information. In general, hold on, they will take money and nerves from you. Better go to a nearby salon about 300 meters, they sell Chinese cars, but brains can't stand it, but they sell cars honestly, they don't impose a loan to fill their pockets and the pockets of banks.

I came to TO-2 with my consumables. The foreman said that I had brought the wrong engine air filter that they are now installing another. I was surprised, because a new type of filter began to be installed in 2019, and I have a 2018 car. The master assured that this happens and offered to buy a filter, but I refused. We agreed that I would then buy the required filter and install it myself. I returned that filter and bought a new one. After buying the filter, it turned out that I was right and I needed exactly the old type of filter. It turns out that neither the master nor anyone in the service even looked at what filter I had.
