We ordered a product from Ikea. A telephone operator in Business Lines assured us that storage of cargo is free for Ikea customers for up to 10 days. During this period of free storage, I came for the goods and I was already told on the spot that I had to pay 300 rubles for storage. Moreover, on that day, a few hours before arriving at DL, we called and we were confirmed free storage. But the outcome is sad. Ripped off 300 rubles
