Service - full dd. Paid for a complete car wash - the car was not washed at all. The car was scratched. The phone manager did not even call and did not inform that additional extras were required. replacement work, notifying only upon arrival. There is only one answer to all remarks - “go and treat your head” (literally). I recommend to bypass this service.

I arrived at this service by a certain time, by registering for a free suspension diagnosis. The master-receiver drove the car to the territory of the service station and that’s all, he waited 30 whole minutes, the traffic was 0, after which he started searching for the receiver, barely found it, after which he heard from him that he had to wait an hour and the inspection would last an hour (taking into account, that the car is clean), naturally I took my car from this "wonderful service" and went to another, where I was able to quickly identify a malfunction of my car. I really do not recommend visiting this service center, spend time and maybe money for nothing.

I arrived at the service for free suspension diagnostics by appointment at 12:00, I find out on the spot that I was recorded at 10:00 and because all the masters are busy offering to wait 1 hour. An hour later they took the car and said that in about an hour it would be ready. I’m coming back in 1.5 hours, but my car didn’t even begin to be diagnosed ... “Now, after five minutes, I will drive” they say ... I didn’t wait ... He left having lost 2.5 hours of time in a bad mood. I do not advise anyone to consider this place to repair their car !!!! If of course your time and nerves are expensive for you !!! Everything on that.
