The building itself was built in 1870. It was built by Andrei Ivanovich Boroshev. Originally there was a 4-hletka school. In 1933 she became a 7-year-old school. From 1956 to 1965 there was an orphanage here. Until 1975 there was a secondary school, until 1992 - a sanatorium. Since 1992 the House of Children's Creativity and the library have been placed here.
